GA’s  Expectations Of Parents

  • To ensure student’s sufficient rest/sleep before a school day.

  • To provide a healthy and good nutritious breakfast

  • To ensure all necessary stationery and books are in student’s school bag

  • To provide own snacks and lunches

  • Inform the school if student is sick or absent for any reason by call/sms and in writing.

  • To ensure the student is in appropriate school uniform or dress code

  •  Provide English help and stimulation at home or tuition, if necessary

  • Provide a time and place where your child can do their homework responsibly without distractions

  • To check that homework is completed with signature on Homework Assignment Slips.

  • Take time to communicate and play with your children

  • To pray and read the Bible with your children

  • Communicate with the school about travel/holiday plans

  • Discuss the Progress Report with the student

  • To take Corrective Action Notices seriously, and cooperate with the school by imposing additional disciplinary actions.

  • To attend all school events.

  • To communicate any questions or problems with the school directly.

  • To help remind your child of your love and acceptance, even when they fail!

  • To spend quality time with them and look for opportunities to praise them.

  • To never compare your student with others!

  • To complete their academic goals each day, in school or as homework.

  • To actively participate in co-curricular classes

  • To maintain a high standard of Godly conduct and respecting others

  • To bring their lunch/snacks daily
